Insurance Information
If you have dental insurance and benefit coverage has been verified prior to your dental appointment, we will accept assignment and you will only be asked to pay the portion we expect your insurance will not cover at each visit. While we do our best to carefully estimate the expected amount, you will be responsible for any remaining balance. If you have double coverage, we are only able to take assignment from the primary carrier.
