Payment for Professional Fees

Payment for professional services is requested at the time such services are rendered.

However, if you have dental insurance and benefit coverage has been verified, we will accept assignment and you will only be asked to pay the portion we expect you insurance will not cover at each visit.

While we do our best to carefully estimate the expected amount, you will be responsible for any remaining balance. If you have double coverage, we are only able to take assignment from the primary carrier.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards. We also offer no interest payment plans through CareCredit.

There is a $20.00 charge for any returned check.
