Meet the Staff

We are very fortunate to have a fantastic staff of caring and talented people.

Shannon Park has been with us since 1993 and takes care of everything as our Office Manager. We first met Shannon when she brought her then 5 year old son, Colby in for dental care. Her pleasant and cheerful personality sets the tone for all of us! You may frequently hear someone in the office call for Shannon as she always works to keep things running smoothly!

Kristie Ezell and Stephanie Walz-Johnson round out our front desk staff. Kristie joined our staff in 1998. She fits in perfectly. Her congenial smile and caring personality make her a wonderful addition to our team. She is Shannon's right hand when it comes to figuring out insurance. Kristie and her husband Grady live in Fort Worth and have three children - Katie, Madison and Drew.

Stephanie started working on our office in August 2000 as a dental assistant and moved to the front desk in 2005. She can always be counted on to help out in any way we need her! She and her husband, Derek, have one son named Dominique. You may think she looks like Kristie... well she does and that's because they are sisters!

Jeanne Bass is our Hygienist. Jeanne has been a member of our staff since 1990. She has two beautiful daughters, Meagan and Molly, and is active in her daughters' fencing hobby as well as school volunteering.

Priscilla Lehew is Jeanne's assistant in our hygiene department. Priscilla joined our staff in 2004. She is currently taking classes and working toward her dental hygiene degree.

Tammy Deaton is one of our full time chair-side dental assistants. She started with our office in August 1996. Her sweet demeanor truly helps our youngest patients during dental procedures. She and her husband, Brandon, have two son - Zane and Justin.

Kelly Sudderth is also a chair-side assistant. She has been with us since July 2002. She trained at a local vocational school and did her internship at our office before she became a full time team member. She and her husband Tori have two adorable daughters, Julie and Brook.

Each member of our office strives to provide your child with the warmest, most caring and highest quality dental treatment possible. Everyone who works with Dr. Hoffman is well and trained and committed towards this goal.
